Purchases

The products/services are mainly pre-recorded or live online courses, subscriptions and sessions.

Some products are in-person classes, sessions or events.

The order confirmation and acces to the purchase is delivered via the email address you enter in the order form.

Personal products/services that do not require a live element like a 1:1 session, will not be charged until the moment I start channeling. Your payment will be pre-authorized via the order form.

Refund policy

Unless stated otherwise on the sales page, order form and/or in the order confirmation, no refund is applied to any product or service.

Payment

Payment is handled securely by Stripe who accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers around the world.

Local tax in EU/UK will be applied to the cost displayed on the sales page/order form.

Subscriptions

You have a 7-day free trial period for a subscription unless other is stated in your order confirmation.

The monthly fee will be charged automatically, and you'll receive a receipt via email.

Your order confirmation states how to cancel your subscription – generally you can cancel at any time.

Change of payment card is done in the billing settings in member profile.

All rights of any product or service are reserved to me: Kathrine Krake and my business.

I thank you from my heart for respecting my work by not sharing, copying, recording, teaching etc. any of the content (in parts or full) from my products/services.

You are most welcome to tell others about your purchase and link to it so they can decide if they too want me to help them.
